1. General

All purchases made at Sleek Studio are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
By purchasing any product or service from Sleek Studio, the customer agrees to comply with these terms.
Prices, offers, discounts and promotions may be changed or withdrawn at the sole discretion of Sleek Studio without prior notice.

All purchases must be paid for in full at the time of billing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers are requested to check the bill, product description, size, quantity and price before leaving the store.
Once the bill is generated, any discrepancy should be brought to the attention of the store immediately.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, debit/credit cards, UPI and other payment methods made available by Sleek Studio.

Exchange of products will be permitted only as per the exchange policy applicable to the particular product.
The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
The original invoice/bill must be presented for any exchange.
Products that have been altered, tailored, washed, damaged, stained or otherwise used may not be eligible for exchange.
Sale, clearance and specially discounted merchandise may be subject to separate exchange conditions.

No Cash Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed strictly according to the prevailing return policy of Sleek Studio.
Certain products or promotional purchases may be non-refundable.
Where a refund is approved, the amount may be refunded through the original payment method or another method determined by Sleek Studio.
Promotional discounts, vouchers, cashback or other benefits may be adjusted while calculating the refundable amount.

Alteration requests must be made within the period specified by Sleek Studio.
Once a product has been altered according to the customer's instructions, it may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are requested to verify measurements before confirming alterations.
Sleek Studio will not be responsible for alteration requirements resulting from incorrect measurements provided or approved by the customer.

Offers and discounts are valid only for the specified period and subject to availability.
Offers cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.
Discounted products may have separate exchange or return conditions.
Sleek Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.

Gift vouchers and store credits, where applicable, are subject to their respective terms and validity periods.
They cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically permitted by applicable law or the applicable scheme.
Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers may not be replaced unless the transaction can be verified.

All products are subject to availability.
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography or display devices.
Sizes and fits may vary between different styles and product categories.

Customers are requested to inspect products before purchase.
Customers should retain their original invoice for exchange, return, warranty or other service-related requirements.
Sleek Studio will not be responsible for loss or damage resulting from improper use, washing, storage or care of products.

Customer information collected during billing, loyalty programmes, alterations, delivery or other services may be used for legitimate business purposes such as billing, order fulfilment, customer service and communication.
Sleek Studio will handle customer information in accordance with applicable laws and its privacy practices.

Where home delivery is offered, delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product availability and other circumstances.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details and contact information.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Sleek Studio shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Sleek Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or purchase of products, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
The maximum liability of Sleek Studio, where legally applicable, shall generally be limited to the value of the product purchased.

Sleek Studio reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version displayed at the store, on the website or on the applicable customer communication channel shall prevail.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hoshiarpur courts.
